States located on the north of the country, full of history and tradition, Coahuila and Nuevo León, thanks to its location, they have an enabling climate which allows the cultivation of the apple, the walnut, the plum, the date, the olive, as well as the famous dish of the region, the cabrito. Durango has the main representative dish, the “caldillo durangueño”, it is make with chile pasado, another of the main products of the state. Last, Sonora, it is a territory rich in corn and wheat, where the tortilla sobaquera is considered an icon, for being the perfect companion of the juicy and exquisite meat of the region.
